Orchard Park

The Orchard Park Development began in 2006 to create a single family housing subdivision with large lots, attractive amenities, green space and value.

Orchard Park is a partnership between Dr. Jewell Davis, a physician; Dr. Joe Harkins of Cosmetic Dental Associates; and Mark Hutchens, proprietor of the 50 Yard Line Steakhouse and Buns over Texas.  All are active in the West Texas Home Builders Association, the Developers’ Council and the 2008 Parade of Homes™ Committee.

  During the past year, they have felt very blessed with the success of Orchard Park and are thrilled to be included in the 2008 Parade of Homes™.  Part of their success is due to designing a neighborhood that they themselves dreamt of  and would want to live in. The development purposely avoids the expected, the routine and the “cookie-cutter” approach.

The common vision of our partnership has been belief in Lubbock - its growth, its people, its ingenuity.  Jewell, Joe and Mark look forward to you experiencing firsthand the advantages and beauty of Orchard Park as well as to many of you joining our community.
