Ravenwood, Phase III, is located in Southwest Lubbock, south of 98th Street, between Memphis Avenue and Quaker Avenue. Designed and developed by Carl M. Russell Land & Development, L.L.C. and James Morgan, LTD, with principals being Carl Russell and Larry Elliott.
