Kim has built hundreds of homes in Lubbock and the surrounding area since embarking on his career in homebuilding in 1976. Kim believes that each home he builds should be as unique as its owner. It is this belief that moves Kim to constantly search for the design that is right for each buyer. Kim is a member of the West Texas Home Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Homebuilders. He has been active in the local association serving as the Parade of Homes Chairman in 1999 and as President of the West Texas Home Builders Association in 2000. Kim has built in numerous subdivisions in Lubbock over the last several years.

Kim was born and raised in Lubbock, TX. He married his wife Shelley in 1974 They have two grown children, Cody Craig and Courtney Fakhreddine. He is now the proud Grandfather of his three beautiful grand children, Ellie Craig and Olive and Dash Fakhreddine. Kim enjoys hunting, golfing, and searching for arrowheads and relics at his family ranch in Ft. McKavitt, TX. He and Shelley attend Lakeridge Methodist Church.
