Cooper Creek 2624 112th Lubbock, TX 79423 Jeff Seal, born and raised in Lubbock, began his construction career while attending Texas Tech University where he received a BA in Finance. Upon graduation from Tech, Jeff was employed by a custom home builder in Dallas, Texas, where he served as project manager for three years.
In 2002 he moved his family back to Lubbock and established his company, Ventura Homes. Jeff has extensive experience in building custom homes from the design phase to completion. Having built numerous homes throughout Lubbock and the Metroplex, Jeff has gained the knowledge and experience to manage projects ranging in complexity, size and cost.
Ventura Homes has a full time design staff to give each homebuyer a quality home with a custom feel. From the landscape to the floor plans and finishes, Ventura Homes takes pride in giving its customers a unique home with impressive curb appeal. By mindfully managing all elements of the home, Jeff is able to envision the end result and attain it efficiently and at an affordable price.
