Simply put, DCI”s homes are designed to accommodate luxury living while complimenting the functional and daily needs of family. We make every effort to oblige our customer needs.
History:
DCI was established in 2004 by Ty Craft. Mr. Craft graduated Texas Tech University in 1998 and 2002 where he was respectively awarded a bachelor in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Craft worked for his father’s company (Craft Construction) initially as a foreman and later a Superintendent from 1994 through 2002 wherein he instructed various crews of skilled and unskilled workers engaged in the construction of new homes. As Superintendent he, developed plans, worked with management, evaluated and oversaw projects, conceptualized company goals and established and maintained company infrastructure pertaining to operations, personnel and support services as they pertain to new home construction and land development. Mr. Craft attributes his father with teaching the art of building a fine home. Upon graduation from law school Mr. Craft entered into the practice of law and continues the same today, practicing primarily in the following practice areas: Real Estate Law, Business Law and Wills, Trusts & Probate Law. In 2004, Mr. Craft decided to start DCI as way to get outside of the office and continue his passion with Real Estate. Though DCI started from small humble roots, we maintain that concept and have not forgotten the home building market is customer driven and that focus on our customers is what has carried us to where we are today. Mr. Craft is married to Sara (Gristy) Craft and together they have one son Benjamin.
